Vietnam miracle: a benchmark look to former French colonies

They work hard in a country where the value is human-based. All these efforts are undermined by the communist government but they are now far more open to a market economy than other Marxists including some western countries.
For those who doubt this assertion:
May I recall that France public expenses are 57-55% of GDP? 



Public expenses ruin a country























The other former French colony is strikingly different
They are governed by a military junta which stole the added value and the extraordinary "manne" of commodities. More this military junta was unable to fight Islamists and plunged the country in a nightmare of two decades.






The public expense is a collectivist one and Algerians remain poor with several public services like healthcare in distress.
