5. Conclusions

In a population of pregnant women in Wuhan, China, prenatal TCS exposure was associated with elevated third-trimester estimated fetal weight and 2 year-old weight z-score in female infants, and the early and middle stage of pregnancy may be the window of vulnerability. Besides, no significant associations were observed between maternal urinary TCS concentrations and fetal and early-childhood growth. Exposure to this highly prevalent chemical in early life may contribute to other potential adverse health impacts and thus further in-depth investigation is warranted."


It is clear that we are able to prove a significant statistical link between Xrays from CT scans and cancers even a tiny relationship.
