I don't back any regulation any law in this field.
I think that this shouldn't be mandatory but a high percentage of nonpublication is worrisome.
"on 585 trials 32% of trials funded by industry and 18% of non-industry funded trials had not published results 5 years after they ended. They estimate that this means that more than 250,000 people have volunteered for clinical trials where the findings have been kept secret."
By the way organizations or drug makers will no longer keep the data unpublished as far as this could have a negative impact on their reputation. So we need to know who don't publish.
