Is the right weighed down by the Covid-19 pandemic?

The crest path between the benefit and the risk of treatments is very difficult to follow with political criteria. It is much easier with scientific criteria and when there is no urgency an
d less risk. Chloroquine has been a wreck not only for Donald Trump but also for other politicians and even scientists around the world. Fortunately, he quickly rectified his opinion and the incredible work of the OWS team partially erased this mistake. What is interesting is to analyze the reasons why he can have been so blatantly wrong. I don't want to believe it's all about trying to ride the wave of perfectly upsetting news. In my opinion, he applied political tools to an issue that is totally foreign to this approach. As far as his electorate is concerned, this is proof of extreme distrust in science. This distrust has a price. Human and political.

Rather impressive although it is a unidirectional correlation
