The issue resurfaced recently in France about Steiner's schools and the involvment of a french minister in one of those schools.
It is a shame for a country to spend time and money to pursue a liberticidal aim instead of opening its teaching system to innovative and different approaches. Indeed the statist and monolithic system is producing a disaster.

Clearly the recent paper in Le Monde Diplo is a systematic attack of all other schools except the state ones. That said the results of l'éducation nationale a re so poor and the trend is so continuous that the need for freedom is vital for french schools renaisance. Including Steiner and others.
The solution to the monopoly of leftist national state schools is not to attack Steiner Waldorf schools. The solution is freedom schools.
