Chloroquine is not the magic bullet, even according to the observational studies...

In this hypothesis, a magic bullet a game-changer, observational studies couldn't be so divergent.

H1: (CQ treated patient mortality) < 0,2 (SOC treated patient mortality)
If this H1 is true what is the p {(CQ treated patient mortality) =  (SOC treated patient mortality)}?

Is chloroquine better than SOC for COVID-19?

This hypothesis could be formulated like that:
H2: Deaths of confirmed cases of Covid-19 treated by CQ < Deaths of confirmed cases of Covid-19 treated by SOC
This should be measured in the intention to treat mode and not on selected cohorts...
