When judges rule without Constitution: the nightmare of the EU

In USSR Lysenko established a politically correct "science". In EU, today, judges established a PC "truth" about issues without any legitimacy because there is no Constitution and BTW no limit to the power of those judges or of the EU executive power. This is a soft totalitarian state which was rejected by several countries.
