The two different questions about gay marriage

1. Why the state have to rule marriage and gay marriage? Is it for equality, justice or other political arguments? Actually it is only because the so called economic advantages linked to the state marriage and its seal. So marriage could remain a contract, secular, religious or de facto if these advantages are clearly suppressed. No tax payer money in the marriage and btw the nature of the contract will be clearer for all.

2. Filiation or parentage. Today every human is the fusion of two gametes and these gametes are from a man and a woman. This is filiation. Every human has the right to know his/her filiation if possible. Whatever occurs in his/her life, genetic parental, adoption or other events. Is it a fundamental human right? Yes. Is it a political issue? Yes. As a matter of facts some advocates of the exclusive "social" nature of human beings, those who back the nurture as the very trait of humanity would like to erase the genetic lineage as they try to do it for sexual preferences in the queer theory. It's non sense. It's the overwhelming power of ideology on nature. It will not last but those whose individuality will be erased will be their first victims.
