The decline of human intelligence is a phenomenon that could have terrible consequences and endanger the species. There are 2 components to human intelligence, genotypic intelligence and acquired intelligence more generally called the Flynn effect. It is not certain that mixing ethnic groups increases genotypic intelligence. Why? Because evolution has recombined genes over tens of thousands of years or even hundreds of thousands of years to adapt to ecological niches and climatic variations, it is risky to re-mix these genes at random or systematically. There is no scientific model to say that this will be a way to elevate genotypic intelligence globally.
At the same time, developed societies are replacing institutions (family, schools, other environments) and proper nutrition aiming to improve brain efficiency of children with institutions aiming at political compliance or mandatory dependence on ultra-processed foods. On this point, it is certain that this will make the intelligence regress. There is evidence of this since this phenomenon has been developing for about 40 years.
