I have a ForeRunner 405 which works well. However, it is the third time that the band ruptured and always at the same place...

So I called Garmin France as on the website it is impossible to order a watch band for the 405.

All is about this watch band: "conçu pour durer" in French means made for lasting but there is no more parts for the ForeRunner 405!

Très mauvaise expérience avec la ligne d’appel censée aider les clients en France. Le gars m'a dit: c'est un appareil vieux de 10 ans à quoi vous attendiez-vous? Nous n'avons plus de pièces.

Ok, mais vous ne dites pas ça sur le site. Il est suggéré que je devrais aller chez un détaillant pour demander s'ils ont un groupe ...

Est-il possible de perdre moins de temps?

Le gars m'a interrompu tous les trois mots et a dit qu'il ne sait rien à ce sujet. Complètement inutile, totalement impossible d'avoir une discussion à valeur ajoutée.
