It is a communication failure that all Airpods buyers might not have received a mail or SMS to aware them that there is mean to find your lost Airpod since iOS 10.3! Yes, even in a supermarket very far from your home when you are in a hurry to buy your end year eve dinner.

Yes, you can lose your Airpods without any perception of the exit of the device from the outer ear canal... And there is no parachute, no thread, no warning...
