The book is a deception and eventually lacks data. It is an interesting description of french people schizophrenia. We are eating a lot of drugs especially antibiotics, psychotropic drugs and NSAID but in the same time we want them free and that big pharma makes no profit.
It is crazy and irrational.
At the end the crusade is well understood by the reader as soon as he or she discovers the political opinions of the authors.
