To steal the wealth of the 1% and "give" it to the 99%? Should it work?

It looks like a very "natural" idea for liberals and communists but even if a state forcefully steals the wealth of the 1% to distribute it to the 99%, will it work?

Recently a barefoot runner filed a lawsuit against Vibram... Hum I believe it's typically a US controversy. When you run barefoot or with five fingers you are not supposed to do so one morning without any adaptation period...
